Experimental video with images taken using a depth camera. The movement is provided by a programmed motion using a Kinect camera mounted into a Ditogear motion controller. The information received by the Kinect camera was translated into movie clips using Processing. Finally, the clips were composited together in AE.

Private Dix is an eye hired to solve the disappearance of some money. She needs the job and gets to business quickly after being contacted, but notices the case is filled with bigger mysteries and turns to them.
Our film plays with notions of race and gender, making a subtle (if not direct) commentary to old film noir conventions.
